Values

Act with integrity.
We do what we say we’re going to do, by when we say we’re going to do it. We especially value time integrity - and think it’s one of the most overlooked ways to build trust with others.

Think for the long term (impact) not the short term (incentive).
Impact is incredibly important to us, often a short term incentive presents itself with reduced impact. We always choose impact over short-term gains. One of our often stated mottos is ‘show up and add value.’

Focus on strengths.
We notice what’s right with people. We look for what’s great about your organization, company culture and team and build from there. When we focus on what people and organizations are great at, it can help propel them to being the best in the world.

The relationships are our work.
Our success depends on other people. We recognize that relationships are at the core of our business, and at the heart of what we teach people through our training and work with them. When you have strong relationships with the people around you, you have trust and when you have trust, everything else becomes easier.
